Description	According to standard laboratory method for assessment single fatty acid composition (GC - gas chromatography) was developed callibration equation for NIRS technique of these faty acids in rapeseed. Final correlations of NIRS with reference method GC was high: 0,86* for oleic acid, 0,82* for linoleic acid and 0,85* for linolenic acid.
