Description	Czech and Slovak Republic are small and open economies. Both of them exhibited periods of economic growth and recession from 1993 to 2013. The paper presents and discussed main demand side factors and performance of non-financial corporations, their share to gross domestic product or gross valude added of total economy. In particular, contributions of factors or non-financial corporations to the annual growth rate are discussed. All carried out techniques are mentioned within the paper. Data confirmed both countries as open economies where export and import are key factors influencing other subject and then the total economy. Czech and Slovak Republic are small and open economies.
