(en) V současné turbulentní době musí být manageři velice flexibilní, schopní využívat efektivní pracovní postupy v průběhu zpracovávání dat, informací a znalostí k řešení současných problémů. „Nezaměnitelné pravdy“ jako např.: orientace na modely, které jsou uspokojující pro všechny firmy, patří již minulosti. Neustálé získávání správných a relevantních dat, informací a znalostí patří ke klíčovým zdrojům pro vytváření podmínek úspěšné implementace tvořivé práce. Znalosti představují klíčový zdroj firmy. Je důležité si uvědomit, že získávání znalostí představuje nejhodnotnější kapitál firmy. Jak efektivně využívat znalostí? Znalostní management je odpovědí na tuto otázku. (cs)
