| - Primární výzkum CRM u vybraného segmentu služeb v rámci MSP v ČR ukázal, že řízení vztahů se zákazníky není novým pojmem. Odpověděl na řadu otázek. Přispěl k identifikaci hlavních problémových oblastí a poukázal na určité zavádění uvedené metody v praxi, ačkoliv některé firmy poukázaly na to, že jim zatím nepřinesl očekávané výsledky. (cs)

The research contributes to identification of principal problem sphere and confirmed the positives of launch mentioned method in practice also, although some firms have been highlight on it that CRM did not brought prospective results to them since.
