Description	The entry of the Czech Republic into the European Union is accompanied by a number of economic, legal and institutional conditions of the future %22full membership%22 of our country in the EU. The Czech Republic Republic during its entering in to the EU structures can not ignore the harmonization requirements. In case of planned entry of the Czech Republic into the European Union a of 1. 5. 2004 the Czech Republic has to ensure the compatibility of communilty law, including the tax sphere. The paper contains entrepreneur project researche. Project have been analyzed in the context of entering to the European Union with all its aspects and specifics. This research have been based upon a large number of respondents from many areas of business. (en) Vstup České republiky do Evropské unie je provázen řadou ekonomických, právních a institucionálních podmínek budoucího %22plného členství%22 naší země v EU. V návaznosti na blížící se vstup České republiky do Evropské unie, jakož i v souvislosti s narůstajícím významem harmonizace účetnictví (harmonizačních procesů) a řady dalších navazujících otázek souvisejících s tímto vstupem (z pohledu teorie i praxe) představuje rok 2003 významný mezník v rozvoji podnikání v ČR. Naše úsilí o vstup do EU určuje jednoznačně volbu formy mezinárodní harmonizace účetnictví včetně daňové harmonizace a koordinace.
