Description	From the point of view of the long-term municipal investment projects the municipalities themselves mostly fulfilled existing issues of municipal bonds. Banks did not use a possibility to issue their own municipal bonds to get money for municipal credits. In addition, securitization of credits granted to small and medium sized municipalities has not been used by banks.
