Description	In this paper the outputs of RBF neurons of an RBF neural network are normalized and theRBF function is modified by Gaussian cloud concept. These RBF neural networks, i. e. soft or granular neural networks are able to handle a state of the imprecise membership function value about the true expectation value. In this study we concern with learning aspects of soft and granular RBF networks. We also compare the results from the soft and granular network with that from classic RBF network. As an illustration, we consider the case study related to task of time series approximation of the sales process. (en) V článku jsou výstupní neurony RBF neuronové síti normalizované a RBF funkce je modifikovaná prostřednictvím tzv. cloud konceptu. Takovéto RBF neuronové sítě se nazývají granulární sítě, které jsou schopné pracovat s neurčitými hodnotami. Tyto sítě byly aplikované na aproximaci a predikci časové řady vývoje mezd ve Slovenské republice. Článek pojednává o učících aspektech takovýchto sítí a porovnává její aproximační a predikční výsledky se soft (fuzzy logic) sítěmi. (cs)
