Description
| - In our opinion, the 20the century contributed to the development of human civilization in two main directions, namely the scientific understanding of universe and of human being as its part , and shifting technical, engineered devices into the interplanetary space, into the human body, and into the processes initially reserved for the activities of human minds only. Cross-fertilization of different branches of science and technology has been running very rapidly during the last hundred years and it appeared to be very productive in many directions. The most interesting for our further intentions are the mutual influences of biology, the mathematical study of computing and natural language, and cybernetics viewed as the posibility to study structures and phenomena appearing in living systems, in society, and in machines through a unified optics.
