  • Metodou sol-gel byly připraveny tenké vrstvy oxidu titaničitého čisté nebo s nanočásticemi anatasu. Příspěvek se zabývá metodikou měření elektrických vlastností těchto vrstev na interdigitálních zlatých elektrodách v závislosti na vlhkosti okolí a určením nejvhodnějších podmínek přípravy a měření elektrických veličin pro potenciální použití jako vlhkostních senzorů.   • There were prepared clear thin films of titanium oxid or films with nanoelements of anatas by a sol-gel method. Our report deals with a method of a measurement of electric characteristics of these films on interdigital gold electrodes in dependence on a humidity of surroundings and it also deals with a determination of best preparative conditions and measurement of electric values for potencial use like humidity sensors.
