Description
  • Deformation of each textile product, with the only exception of single fibre, is connected with the phenomenon of internal friction, caused by mutual slip between fibres in yarn and between yarns in fabric. The result of internal friction is loss of mechanical energy and decrease of yarn or fabric elasticity. Woven fabric elongation in warp and in weft direction is connected with zero or low yarn-to-yarn slip, whereas diagonal direction is attached with the change in angle between warp and weft yarns. Is this difference sufficient to impact the share of energy changes (hysteresis)? What are other resoures of energy dissipation? Mainly these questions are discussed in the paper.

  • Deformace každé textilie je, s výjimkou jednoduchých vláken, doprovázena vnitřním třením, způsobeným vzájemným posouváním vláken v niti a nití v plošné textilii. Vnitřní tření vede ke ztrátám mechanické energie a ke snížení pružnosti textilie. Protažení tkaniny ve směru osnovy nebo útku je spojeno s malým nebo žádným vzájemným posuvem nití, zatímco diagonální namáhání je doprovázeni změnou úhlu mezi osnovními a útkovými nitěmi. Příspěvek se zabývá otázkami, zda to povede ke zvětšení hystereze a jaké jsou další zdroje disipace energie. (cs)
