| Description
| - Cílem příspěvku bylo provést analýzu příčin hospodářské slabosti obcí v Libereckém kraji. Příspěvek lze rozčlenit do tří částí. V první části je popsána metodika vymezení hospodářsky slabých obcí platná od roku 2007 a zároveň je provedena komparace s předchozí metodikou používanou v letech 2004 až 2006. Ve druhé části jsou vyčísleny hodnoty Pearsonových korelačních koeficientů za účelem zjištění vzájemné závislosti jednotlivých dílčích ukazatelů. Na základě této analýzy lze konstatovat silnou vzájemnou korelovanost použitých ukazatelů. Z toho důvodu bylo přistoupeno ke zjednodušení původního souboru ukazatelů do pěti skupin faktorů, které vysvětlují příčiny hospodářské zaostalosti obcí. Jedná se o faktory dopravní obslužnosti, podnikatelské aktivity, vzdělanosti, občanské vybavenosti a technické infrastruktury. Ve třetí části byla určena faktorová skóre vyjadřující míru působení jednotlivých faktorů ve sledovaných územních jednotkách. (cs)
- The aim of this article was to realize the analysis of EDAs causes within Liberec region. The contribution may be divided into three parts. In the first part there is described the methodology of EDAs determination valid for 2007 and simultaneously there is realized comparison with the previous methodology used in 2004-2006. In the second part there are expressed in numbers the values of Pearson correlation coefficients for purpose of findings of individual partial indicators terdependence. On basis of this analysis we may submit strength cross-correlation of used indicators. On that account it was approached to simplification of original indicators set into five factors groups, explaining causes of economic backwardness. We talk about these factors: stage carriage service, business activity, education, civil amenities and technical infrastructure. In the third part there were determined factor scores, expressing the rate of individual factors activity within monitored territorial units.
