  • This article summarizes the research of weft propulsion mechanism of weaving machines. New accessions and techniques were used to describe flow field of weaving nozzle and the processes in propulsion mechanism. As the investigated area was limited and the velocities reached subsonic values with marked turbulences, the contact less laser anemometric and visualization methods were used.
