Description	This paper presents a practical approach to the identification, modelling and control of a temperature field of a body part surface by an industrial heating process. The model is built as a very large MIMO system described by a transfer function matrix and he is used for the practical control design. The control of the system is based on the implementation of the ON/OFF controllers with feedback. Some results from validation of the model against the measured temperature by heat-sensing elements and from the control process are presented. (en) Tento příspěvek prezentuje praktický přístup k identifikaci, modelování a řízení teplotního pole průmyslovéformy pomocí infrazářičů. Model je sestaven jako velmi rozsáhlý MIMO systém a je popsán maticí přenosových funkcí, která je využita pro řízení. Řízení systému je založeno na implementaci dvoustavového (ON/OFF) regulátoru se zpětnou vazbou. Prezentovány jsou též výsledky z měření v porovnání s modelem. (cs)
