Description
  • The article deals with the influence of the solution composition and the parameters of electrospinning on the structure and morphology of PCL nanofibrous layers produced by an electrospinning method. The research is focused mostly on the study of the pores size, porosity and their structure. The porous nanofibers are mainly designed for usage in tissue engineering for medical applications. In present experiment the nanofibrous textile structures were made by electrospinning from the needle. The morphology of nanofibrous layers was primarily affected by the composition of the polymer solution and by the type and concentration of used solvents.
