Description
  • Currently, the main goal of manufacturers of constructive equipment for production nanofibers find solutions to increase efficiency in production and improvement of the existing parameters of the resulting nanofiber structure while keeping used the technology of electrospinning. This systemic problem in relation to the complexity of the production of nanofibers can be improved by using spinning of polymer into another medium through of added the construction which is influencing of negative electrode using a regulated flow of inert gas. This system not only affects the organization and structure of nanolayers, but also increases the permeability of resulting nanostructures with incurred pore about size 10-30 nm, which allows can better absorb the liquid. With optimizing design solutions have been executed in the FEM model simulations involving non-linear flow of inert gas environment to another in an electrostatic field for examination of the incurred deformation of nanostructure. Using of simulations it was determined that the deformation with the help of flow spread across in individual nano-layers which affects the resulting organization of structure, and this is the cause of improving the existing parameters.
