Description
  • Problem solving procedures in current production processes prefer simple and quick not so accurate techniques. On the other hand current business environment push us to solve problem faster and faster on higher level of accuracy. One way how to resolve this contradiction (speed vs accuracy) is utilization of problem solving techniques based on negative effects and non-desirable component identification. We briefly present the list of simplified procedures for problem formulation and solving connecting to TRIZ. Further we present a simple four-steps methodology that may be suitable for problem solving on the production processes level and useful fo kaizen activities. We also present three solutions (examples) based on described methodology that enrich formerly presented solutions of specific production problems.
