Description
  • The article deals with changes of weld strength of plastic parts in depending on setting of ultrasonic tool velocity during an ultrasonic welding process. So-called the Melt-Match technology of DUCANE Company brings the news in this setting which allows settings of nonlinear behaviour of velocity during a welding process at the collapse distance method. The results of the strength were compared primarily with energy intensity of the weld process and it mainly between constant velocity and the profile velocity of the welding process.
