  • With a change of technological parameters in plastic injection moulding it is possible to significantly influence the final properties of the plastic product. The influences on mechanical properties are generally known, but this article deals with the influence of basic technological parameters on final weight of selected part from polypropylene. For example, even a slight increase in weight of plastic part will increase the annual consumption of material up to several tonnes. We have changed three parameters: they were melt temperature, mould temperature and holding pressure time
