  • This thesis brings a concise postulate of the results of a case study. Eligibility of three strategies for division of labour by tasks at montage section has been examined by means of computer simulation. The three strategies can be organized in respective environment. The confronted strategies are „Scheduling diagrams“, „One piece flow”, „Bucket Brigades”.Main focus was at productivity, demand for operation service and work-in-process aspects. The article introduces strategies as well as their organization faculty. The results on simulation models show pros-and-cons of each strategy.

  • Článek stručně seznamuje s výsledky případové studie. Pomocí počítačové simulace byla prověřována vhodnost tří strategií dělení práce na úseku montáže. Jedná se o tři strategie, které je možné organizačně realizovat v daném prostředí. Byly srovnávány strategie: „Scheduling diagrams“, „One piece flow”, „Bucket Brigades”.Hlavním hlediskem byla produktivita, požadavky na pracovní obsluhu a rozpracovanost výroby.Článek seznamuje se strategiemi a jejich organizační náročností. Na výsledcích ze simulačních modelů jsou patrné výhody i nevýhody jednotlivých strategií. (cs)
