Description
  • The accuracy of of the temperature fields calculations by the Sysweld simulation programme depends on the accuracy of the input data. Not all of the necessary data are normally available for the specific material and thus input data of a similar material, taken for example from the simulation database, are used for the calcuations. For temperature metallurgical analysis the basic input data are thermal conductivity coeficient, specific heat and density, or their temperature dependence. The heat transfer coeficient is also a very important parameter. Our present contribution deals with the question of identifying the impact of the inaccuracy of basic input data on the temperature difference depending upon the distance from the heat source during the temperature field calculation of the welded board.

  • Přesnost výpočtů parametrů teplotního pole simulačním programem SWSWELD je závislá na přesnosti vstupních dat. Pro konkrétní materiál navíc obvykle nejsou k dispozici ani všechna potřebná data a pro výpočet se aplikují vstupní data podobného materiálu, např. z databáze simulačního programu. Pro teplotně metalurgickou analýzu jsou základními vstupními daty součinitel tepelné vodivosti, měrné teplo a hustota, resp. jejich teplotní závislosti. Velmi důležitým parametrem je také součinitel přestupu tepla. Příspěvek se zabývá určením vlivu nepřesnosti základních vstupních dat na teplotní diference v závislosti na vzdálenosti od zdroje tepla při výpočtech teplotního pole svařované desky. (cs)
