Description
  • Technology of sheet jointing for automotive car-body is technology with future. Strength of bonded joints is tested according specific norms which are predominantly set according demands of automotive industry. The size of critical loading to which is joint able to resist depends, among others technological parameters, also on loading speed. In the frame of paper are bonded joints loaded by four different rates until the value of 24 000 mm/min. Evaluated is resistance of joint against failure, for shearing test, and peeling. The aim of article is to acquaint participants with results of measuring.

  • Technologie lepení plechů při stavbě karoserie automobilu je technologie s budoucností. Pevnost lepených spojů je zkoušena podle specifických norem, které jsou přednostně stanovovány podle potřeb automobilového průmyslu. Velikost mezního zatížení, kterému je schopen spoj odolat je závislá, mimo jiné technologické parametry, také na rychlosti zatěžování. V rámci příspěvku jsou lepené spoje zatěžovány čtyřmi různými rychlostmi až do hodnoty 24 m/min. Hodnocena je odolnost spoje proti porušení, při zkoušce na smyk a na odlup. Cílem příspěvku je seznámit účastníky s výsledky měření. (cs)
