| - This publication summarizes the results of the above grant project, which was aimed at the verification of whether the present social and economic conditions would cause a further mass leaving of professionals from the CR. In the introductory part the researched problem is analysed. The study consists of two parts - a theoretical analysis of the brain drain phenomenon and an analysis of the risks of the migration of professionals for the CR. The second part summarizes the methodological approaches of the study and the results in four basic chapters. This part provides information on the status and development of demand for the highly skilled labour force in Czech and European labour markets, the synthetic results of the statistical analysis of the migration of risk groups of professionals, the results of field surveys of the views of migration of the monitored professionals and an analysis of income motivation for the work of Czech professionals abroad (in chosen countries of the EU).

- Publikace shrnuje výsledky řešení grantového projektu, jehož cílem bylo ověřit, zda současné společenské a ekonomické podmínky vyvolají hromadnější odchod odborníků z ČR. V úvodní části je analyzován zkoumaný problém z hlediska cílů řešeného projektu a výsledků řešení v jednotlivých etapách. Vlastní text se skládá ze dvou částí - teoretické analýzy fenoménu brain drain a analýzy rizik migrace odborníků pro ČR. Těžiště publikace spočívá ve 2. části, která shrnuje metodologické přístupy řešení a výsledky řešení ve čtyřech základních kapitolách. Jedná se o poznatky o stavu a vývoje poptávky po terciálně vzdělané pracovní síle na českém a evropském trhu práce, o syntetické výsledky statistických analýz migračně rizikových skupin odborníků, o výsledky terénních šetření migračních postojů sledovaných odborníků a analýzu příjmové motivace pro práci českých odborníků v zahraničí (vybraných státech EU).
