| - In the field of noise, Transport Research Centre (CDV) is specialised primarily in acoustical situation along roads, because road traffic has a dominant position among noise sources. For the purpose of the effective assessment and management, the research team is also concentrated on the assessment of noise burden of people affected by road traffic noise. For this purpose, the method for determination of the number of affected people was proposed. At present the method is being verified in the feasibility study, the outputs will be percentages of inhabitants affected by road traffic noise in particular 5-dB bands. The basic input data for calculations are data on traffic, the inputs and outputs are being processed in the environment of the software SoundPLAN. The calibration of the calculation model is necessary for achieving correct results, thus measurements are being realized on the chosen sites. The obtained results will enable to manage efficiently noise issues by the competent authorities.

- S ohledem na dominantní postavení silniční dopravy mezi ostatními zdroji hluku, zaměřuje se Centrum dopravního výzkumu v hlukové problematice zejména na řešení akustické situace v okolí silničních komunikací. Za účelem efektivního hodnocení a řízení hluku se výzkumný tým rovněž zaměřuje na způsoby hodnocení zátěže obyvatel vystavených hluku ze silniční dopravy. Za tímto účelem byla navržena metodika pro stanovení počtu zasažených obyvatel na území státu. V současnosti je tato metodika ověřována ve studii proveditelnosti, výstupy budou procenta obyvatel vystavených hluku v jednotlivých pětidecibelových pásmech. Základními vstupními údaji pro hlukové výpočty jsou dopravní údaje, vstupy a výstupy jsou zpracovávány v prostředí programu SoundPLAN. Pro dosažení korektních výsledků je nezbytná kalibrace výpočtového modelu prostřednictvím měření na vybraných stanovištích. Získané údaje o hlukové zátěži ze silniční dopravy umožní kompetentním orgánům efektivní řešení hlukové problematiky. (cs)
