Description
  • Waste plastic are the source of carbon suitable for follow-up industrial applications. The way to obtain carbon is based on the thermal decomposition of wastec polyethylenterephtalate (PET) at exactly defined process condition. The basic qualities of pyrolytyc carbon werw assessed and verified including the possibility of a further treatment. The test enabled to determine the dependencies of specific surface, pores volume, and the mass lost of the activite on the total activation time. The modified process of the reprocessing of solid carbon from PET decoposition enable to pepare the sorbents with demanded specific surface up to 1250 m2 . g-1, pore volume up to c. 0,65 cm3 . g-1.

  • Uhlík je získáván z odpadního PET jeho tepelným rozkladem za definovaných procesních podmínek. Produktem rozkladu jsou organické kyseliny a uhlíkatý zbytek. U pyrolyzního uhlíku byly stanoveny a testovány základní vlastnosti, včetně možností dalšího zušlechtění. Stanoveny vztahy a závislosti vedoucí ke zvýšení měrného povrchu, objemu pórů a ztráta hmotnosti na době aktivace. Připraveny sorbenty s měrným povrchem cca 1250 m2 . g-1 a objemem 0,65 cm3 . g-1. Provedeny testy možných aplikací – nauhličovadlo oceli. (cs)
