Description	The single grain of grinding wheel acts on the workpiece surface in separated areas of the plastic deformation at the grinding. The elastic and consequently the plastic deformation of the surface run at the grains engagement. Simultaneously the friction of the grain and material and elementary chip and grain influences the machined surface. The heat generation and high pressures follow these phenomena. The results are the rise of residual stresses, the changes of the hardness in the ground surface layer, respectively the structure changes. These changes form the initial parameters of a dynamical loading capacity of the ground surface. At the surface loading both the geometrical changes and changes in the surface layer proceed in the machine parts. The surface wearing, the clearances formation, respectively failures and part depreciation can be the final result of these changes. (en) Jednotlivá zrna brousicího kotouče působí na povrch v oddělených oblastech plastické deformace. Postupně probíhá elastická a plastická deformace se závěrečným oddělením třísky. Tento jev doprovází vysoké teploty a tlaky. Výsledkem je zbytkové napětí, změny tvrdosti povrchu případně změny struktury.Uvedené změny potom ovlivňují životnost a únosnost povrchu strojních součástí. Jednotlivá zrna brousicího kotouče působí na povrch v oddělených oblastech plastické deformace. Postupně probíhá elastická a plastická deformace se závěrečným oddělením třísky. Tento jev doprovází vysoké teploty a tlaky. Výsledkem je zbytkové napětí, změny tvrdosti povrchu případně změny struktury.Uvedené změny potom ovlivňují životnost a únosnost povrchu strojních součástí. (cs)
