  • Tento článek analyzuje moderní konstruktivistické vyučovací přístupy, které jsou jednímz nejdůležitějších nástrojů ke zvyšování kvality výuky na našich ekonomických fakultách. U tradičních přístupů k vyučování existuje bariéra mezi studentem a učitelem, a to skrze pravomoci učitele a procvičovací postupy. U konstruktivistických přístupů naopak učitel i student sdílejí stejnou odpovědnost a rozhodovací pravomoci, což demonstruje jejich vzájemný respekt. Demokratické a interaktivní procesy u konstruktivistických přístupů dovolují studentům, aby byli aktivními a autonomními. Používání konstruktivistických strategií navíc zvyšuje efektivnost práce učitele. (cs)
  • This paper analyses modern constructivist teaching approaches as one of the most vital instruments for improving the quality of instruction in our faculties of eoconomics. In a traditional classroom, barrier between student and teacher exists through power and practice. In a constructivist classroom, by contrast, the teacher and the student share responsibility and decision making and demonstrate mutual respect. The democratic and interactive process of a constructivist classroom allows students to be active and autonomous learners. Using constructivist strategies, teachers are more effective.
