  • V rámci vývoje fotosyntetického biosensoru pro detekci herbicidů byla popsána nová metoda electrochemické transdukce z redoxního centra fotosystému II na povrchu elektrody modifikované vodivým polymerem. Tato metoda dovoluje přímé měření aktivity imobilizovaného fotosystému II bez potřeby volných chemických mediátorů. (cs)
  • In the scope of research on photosystem II based biosensor for detection of herbicides is presented a novel method of immobilization of active biomolecule through the conductive polymer predeposited electrochemically on gold electrodes. This immobilization results on direct electron transport from redox centre of PSII to electrode surface without need of chemical mediators. (en)
  • Nel quadro della ricerca sui biosensori per gli erbicidi e stato realizato un nuovo metodo di immobilizzazione che sfrutta le proprieta di un polimero conduttore depositato elettrochimicamente su un eletrodo dóro, ottenendo il trasferimento elettronico diretto dal centro red-ox di una proteina senza impiegare mediatori chimici.
