Description	Labour market represents a significant component of socioeconomic (regional) development of whichever territory. In case of frontier region there participates, in addition, the effect of border, which modifies the situation with regard to this effect andits character. The situation in mentioned above border (frontier) region can be understood as a model one on inner frontier of the European Union. Local euroregions play an important role in shaping of over-frontier links. Knowledge obtained by the carr ied out analysis can be used at directing of future development on the frontiers of the Czech Republic. (en) Trh práce představuje významnou složku socioekonomického (regionálního) rozvoje v kterékoliv oblasti. V případě příhraničních regionů má velký vliv hraniční efekt, který ovlivňuje vývoj v obou částech území, jež hranice rozděluje. Zdejší situaci je možn é vnímat jako modelovou pro tzv. vnitřní hranici Evropské unie. Euroregiony zde hrají důležitou roli
