| Description
| - Příspěvek seznamuje s výsledky projektu Vyhodnocování účinnosti výroby stlačeného vzduchu na jednotlivých strojích. Tento projekt byl podpořen z prostředků projektu číslo FT-TA3/155 v programu Tandem, vyhlášeným Ministerstvem průmyslu a obchodu České republiky. Jedná se o aplikování metod teoretické informatiky do průmyslové praxe, konkrétně o určení poměrného zatížení jednotlivých kompresorů ve stanici, které pak provozovatel může využít k určení stavu stroje a k zajištění plynulého provozu výrobních zařízení. V první etapě prací byla řešena teoretická část projektu, tj zpracování teoretických otázek a algoritmů. V dalších etapách projektu byly provedeny implementace algoritmů do PLC/PAC a praktické odzkoušení na reálném zařízení, tj. realizace algoritmů na skutečném automatu a jeho aplikace v reálném prostředí kompresorové stanice. Pro skutečnou aplikaci algorimů a praktické odzkoušení na reálném zařízení byl vybrán automat PLC/PAC typu ?Tecomat TC 700? firmy Teco Kolín. Řídicím systémem vypočtené (cs)
- The contribution deals with the results of the project The Production of Compressed Air of Particular Machines Efficiency Analyze. This project has been financially supported by the project FT ?TA3/155 from the program Tandem, announced by the Ministry of industry and commerce of the Czech Republic. It is the application of the methods of theoretical informatics in the industrial practice, namely the particular compressor relative loading determination, which can be used later for diagnosis of the each machine, resulting in fluent service of production plants. The first phase of works was focused in the theoretical part of the project, i.e. the theoretical problems and algorithms procession. The following phases solved an implementation of these algorithms to PLC/PAC and the practical testing on the real equipment, i.e. the realisation on the real automaton and its application at the real surroundings of the compression station.
