Description	We illustrate antagonistic correlation relationships in various species via detailed analysis of relationship between TP, F and amount of Zn. Correlations between TP content and amount of zinc (Zn) are possitive and significant in goat and cow milk, as well as positive and significant correlations between fat content and amount of Zn in goat and cow milk samples. On the contrary amount of Zn had negative correlations with watched parameters in sheep milk. (en) Antagonistické korelační vztahy objevené při analýze mléka různých živočišných druhů ilustrujeme na příkladu korelační analýzy obsahu zinku (Zn) se sledovanými parametry kvality mléka. Byla zjištěna pozitivní a významná korelace jak mezi obsahem TP a množstvím Zn v kozím a kravském mléce, tak pozitivní korelaci mezi obsahem tuku a množství Zn v kozím a kravském mléce. Naopak množství Zn vykazovalo v ovčím mléce negativní korelaci se sledovanými parametry. (cs)
