  • Konopí kultivarů Benico, Monoica, Fibrol a Bialobrezskie byly pěstovány (2005, 2006, 2007) v přírodně simulovaných podmínkách půd (kontrola) a dále v půdách se zvýšeným obsahem kalů z čistíren odpadních vod vpoměru kalu: půdy: 1:2, 1:3, 1:4, 1:5, 1:6. Zralé části rostlin konopí byly zkoumány pomocí atomové absorpční spektrometrie (AAS) pro jejich potenciál k absorpci a hromadění Cd, Pb Zn v semeni, plevách, listech, stonku a kořeni. Statistické vyhodnocení zaznamenaných dat (TK koncentrace a celková akumulace) byly provedeny analýzou variance a vícenásobným porovnáváním - LSD test, statistický program UNISTAT. Akumulace jednotlivých elementů do různých částí rostliny vykazovaly velké rozdíly. Transport Cd a Pb z vegetativních částí (kořen, stonek, listy) do generativních orgánů (tobolky, semena) byla výrazně omezena. Rostliny konopí akumulovaly nejvíce Zn, pak Pb a nejméně Cd. (cs)
  • Hemp cultivars Benico, Monoica, Fibrol and Bialobrezskie were grown (2005, 2006, 2007) in the field-simulated conditions in natural soil (control) enriched with increased content of sewage sludge in the following rates of sludge: soil: 1:2, 1:3, 1:4, 1:5, 1:6. Different parts of the mature hemp plants were examined by means of atomic absorption spectroscopy (AAS) for their potential to uptake and accumulate Cd, Pb a nd Zn from sewage sludge-ammended soil, namely seeds, chaffs, leaves, stem and root. Statistical evaluations of the recorded data were performed with an analysis of variance and multiple comparisons - LSD test with statistic program UNISTAT. Accumulation of particular metal elements into different parts of the plant exhibited great differences. Transport of Cd and Pb from vegetative parts (root, stem, leaf) to generative organs (capsules, seeds) was significantly limited. Hemp plants accumulated the highest amounts of Zn, followed by Pb and Cd.
