Description	To increase the percentage of the transformed tissue explants after cocultivation with Agrobacterium has been monitoring the influence of the removal of the hypocotyl epidermis , the influence of different time cocutivation and various acetosyringone concentrations. Efficiency of transformation was compared on the basis of GUS exxpresion on explants after 3 weeks from cocultivation using image analysis. Based on the statistical evaluation of the results of image analysis was evaluated he concentration of 100mg/l acetosyringonu as the most effecient and time of duration cocultivation 10 minutes. (en) Pro zvýšení procenta transformovaných pletiv na explantátech po kokultivaci s Agrobacteriem byl sledován vliv odstranění epidermis z hypokotylu, vliv různé doby kokultivace a různých koncentrací acetosyringonu. Efektivita transformace byla porovnávána na základě GUS zabarvení explantátů po 3 týdnech od kokultivace pomocí obrazové analýzy. Na základě statistického hodnocení výsledků obrazové analýzy byla vyhodnocena jako neefektivnější koncentrace 100mg/l acetosyringonu a doba trvání kokultivace 10 minut. Odstranění epidermis zvýšilo procento transformovaných pletiv o 11,75%. (cs)
