| Description
| - Národní kolekce lnu (Linum usitatissimum L.) patří k největším evropským kolekcím. Kolekce systematicky analyzována z hlediska pasportních a popisných deskriptorů, od roku 2004 je dokumentována obrazovou analýzou za účelem získání vstupních údajů pro racionalizaci kolekce, detekci duplikačních skupin a tvorby core kolekce. Shlukovou analýzou pasportních a popisných dat a molekulárními metodami bylo hodnoceno prvních 350 položek X13 (současné moderní odrůdy), byla vyhodnocena genetická variabilita morfologických znaků, jednotlivé genotypy byly rozděleny do 40 shluků a ty byly charakterizovány. V této práci byly studovány možnosti využití obrazové analýzy nejenom pro získání dokumentace pro informační databázový systém EVIGEZ, ale rovněž pro náhradu popisných dat, zejména morfologie květu, s cílem využití parametrů obrazové analýzy pro posouzení duplikací a jejich redukci. - Czech Flax National Collection belongs to the biggest European one. 2056 accessions are maintained in the collection at the end 2006. Since 2003 the collection has been systematically analysed from the point of passport and special descriptors view. Since 2004 image analysis has been used in order to receive initial input data for collection rationalisation, detection of duplicates and core collection establishment. The genetic diversity of morphological traits has been found, the individual genotypes have been divided into the respective 40 clusters and these ones have been evaluated and characterized. Image analysis was used not only for the documentation system EVIGEZ but also to get the knowledge whether the traditional system of evaluation by passport and special descritors can be replaced by image analysis and to be used in flower morphology evaluation and duplicates detection especially.
