  • Rabit apparatus were implemented for studying of strains of Str. salivarius subsp. thermophilus, and Lactobacillus ssp., Pseudomonas fluorescens, Bacillus cereus, Bacillus licheniformis as well as for determination groups of coliform bacteria, thermoresistant anaerobic or aerobic bacteria, and psychrotrophic microorganisms in sample of raw milk. The tested method for determination of thermoresistant aerobic bacteria in raw milk is unsuitable (R2 = 0,0845), however the method for determination of psychrotrophic microorganisms is suitable (R2 = 0,7248).The method for determination of coliform bacteria is unsuitable for samples of raw milk containing < 100 CFU/mL.   • Přímá a nepřímá impedanční metoda s použitím přístroje RABIT byla použita pro studium vlastností kmenů Str. salivarius subsp. thermophilus, Lactobacillus ssp., Pseudomonas fluorescens, Bacillus licheniformis a pro stanovení počtu koliformních, psychrotrofních a termoresistentních aerobních a anaerobních mikroorganismů v syrovím mléce. Testovaná metoda pro stanovení psychrotrofních mikkroorganismů je použitelná (R2 = 0,7248), ale metoda pro stanovení termoresistentních aerobních mikroorganismů není použitelná (R2 = 0,0845). Metoda stanovení koliformních mikroorganismů je použitelná pro vzorky mléka s < 100 CFU/mL a impedanční metoda s použitím Whitley Anaerobe Broth doporučená pro stanovení termoresistentních anaerobních mikroorganismů je nevhodná pro stanovení kmenů Cl. butyricum a Cl. tyrobutyricum (cs)
