  • Experimentální smyčka s nadkritickou vodou (25MPa, 600°C ve zkušební sekci) je konstruována pro provoz ve výzkumném reaktoru LVR-15 v ÚJV Řež. Smyčka bude sloužit k testům oxidace konstrukčních materiálů pro vnitroreaktorové i mimoreaktorové komponenty, testům a optimalizaci vhodného chemického režimu pro budoucí reaktoru typu HPLWR a studiu radiolýzy vody v nadkritických podmínkách, která je stále oblastí s nedostatkem experimentálních dat. V současné době se dokončují potřebné výpočty (termohydraulické, neutronové a pevnostní) aktivního kanálu, který je nejobtížnější součástí smyčky. Koncept primárního i ostatních pomocných okruhů je dokončen. Konstrukce celé smyčky bude dokončena během roku 2007, poté vyrobena a smontována, testována mimo reaktor a případně upravena tak, aby bylo možno smyčku přesunout do reaktoru koncem roku 2009. (cs)

The loop should serve as an experimental facility for corrosion tests of materials for in-core as well as out-of-core structures, for testing and optimization of suitable water chemistry for a future HPLWR and for studies of radiolysis of water at supercritical conditions, which remains the domain where very few experimental data are available. At present, final necessary calculations (thermalhydraulic, neutronic, strength) are being performed on the irradiation channel, which is the most challenging part of the loop.
