Basic concept of gradual establishing of an information sytem, which is generated by local need of risk management of catastrophic rock falls from sandstone rock walls in Czech Switzerland National Park, North Bohemia: Bottom-up approach with stress on horizontal flow of information about risky movements in those rock walls. Information is gained by automatic,field monitoring units with partial risk assessment of data and data remote transfer to central unit. The Central unit enables storage and data, serves as data-base, analysing and modelling unit, as well as data and results sharing by experts and, in the consise, synoptical form, by local authorities of villiges situated in endangered areas.

Základní koncepce postupného budování informačního , která je založena na lokální potřebě mangemntu rizika katastrofických skalních řícení z pískovcových stěn v Národním Parku České Švýcarsko, severní Čechy: Postup odspoda vzhůru s důrazem na horizontální proud informací o rizikových pohybech ve skalních stěnách. Ty jsou získávány pomocí automatizovaných, terénních monitorovacích jednotek s částečným automatickým vyhodnocováním a dálkovým přenosem dat do jednotky centrální. Centrální jednotka zabezpečuje sběr, ukládání, numerické analýzy a modelování datových řad, jakož i sdílení výsledků těchto analýz odbornými pracovníky - geolgy, ale částečně - v přehledné formě i dalšími pracovníky Správy NP a správními orgány obcí sitovaných v ohrožených územích (cs)
