  • This research provides an attempt to achieve uniform grain structure by recrystallization process from different hot and cold-working conditions followed by various annealing in NiMoCr alloy. The different structure would result in high temperature mechanicalproperties such as ductility, fatigue, and creep strength. The microstructural changes results from all tested programs were investigated by an optical microscope. The results showed the uniformity of the recrystallized structure strongly relating to the amount of reduction during hot working and period of annealing time. It was found that the uniformity of recrystallized structure increased with a higher amount of deformation and longe annealing time.

  • Tento výzkum má za cíl dosáhnout homogenní mikrostrukturu připravenou rekrystalizačním procesem. Různé podmínk y tváření za studena a tepla následované různým režimem žíháním byly testovány na MoNiCr slitině. Různé dosažené mikrostrukturní stavy mohou resultovat v modifikaci vysokoteplotních mechanických vlastnostech jako například tažnost, únava a pevnost při tečení. Mikrostrukturní změny byly pozorovány optickou mikroskopií ve všech testovaných režimech. Byla dosažena homogenní rekrystalizovaná mikrostruktura, která je silně závislá na redukci během tváření za tepla a na čase žíhání. Bylo zjištěno, že homogenita rekrystalizované struktury se zvyšuje s množstvím vnesené deformace a s časem žíhání. (cs)
