  • Článek je zaměřený na experimentální použití značné plastické deformace aplikované na nízko a středně uhlíkové oceli provedené při zvýšené teplotě. Zjemnění zrna bylo dosaženo použitím ECAP zápustky s úhly mezi kanály 90°a 120°. Vložená extrémní deformace ukazovala značně protažené feritické zrno s konečnou dislokační strukturou. Zotavení a polygonizace byly pozorovány. Při Protlačování středně uhlíkové oceli při teplotě 400°C byl proces zotavení více patrný. S větším počtem průchodů při protlačování se proces dynamické polagonizace a rekrystalizace stával více aktivním. Modifikace feriticko-perlitické struktury značně podpořilo efekt deformačního zpevnění pozorovaného u oceli s vyšším obsahem C. (cs)
  • The paper focuses on the results from recent experimental of severe plastic deformation of low and medium carbon steels performed at increased temperatures. The grainc refinement was executed by ECAP with die channels of 90°and 120°. The high straining introduced in LC steel resulted in extensively elongated ferrite grains with dislocation cell structure. Randomly recovered and polygonized structure was observed. At ECAP experimental of medium carbon steel performed at temperature of 400°C the more progressive structure recovery process was apparent. As number of ECAP passes increased the dynamic polygonization and recrystallization became active to form mixture of polygonized and submicrocrystalline structure. The favorable effect of ferrite-pearlite structure modification was reason for extended work hardening phenomenon observed at steel with higher content of carbon.
