Description
  • The low alloyed Si-Mn transformation induced plasticity (TRIP) steel was studied using laboratory press forging simulations of thermomechanical (TM) processing of bulk. In order to rationalize the variation in final retained austenite volume fraction with different TM processing schedules, it was necessary to consider the effect of prior austenite conditioning on ferrite transformation and then on bainite in further transformation.

  • Na objemových vzorcích nízkolegované oceli TRIP (s transformačně indukovanou plasticitou) na bázi Si-Mn byla provedena simulace termomechanického zpracování laboratorním kováním na lisu. Při zkoumání změn v objemovém podílu zbytkového austenitu souvisejících s různými termomechanickými režimy byl sledován vliv předchozího zpracování austenitu na feritickou a bainitickou přeměnu. (cs)
