Description
  • A laboratory experiment has been carried out using thermal deformation simulator Smithwels, where the deformation conditions and temperature can be cintrolled. In this experiment various TM procedure have been designed to modify the austenite structure. Volume fraction of individual structure constituents was measure bz image analzsis and x-ray diffraction. Considering the results, some of the TM treatment schedules appeared to be very promising for efficient optimization of TRIP steel microstructure.

  • Experiment s využitím neutronové difrakce in situ byl zaměřen na přeměnu v oceli typu Mn-Si, kde se po termomechanickém zpracování očekával jev transformačně indukované plasticity. Poměrně složité zpracování oceli bylo provedeno pod neutronovým difraktometrem. Termomechanické zpracování mělo připravit dobré vstupní podmínky pro využití jevu transformačně indukované plasticity při následné deformaci zastudena. (cs)
