  • V této práci bylo podrobně sledováno kvantitativní fázové složení rovnovážně vypálených slínků s různým obsahem P2O5 metodou mikroskopické bodové integrace a vstup P2O5 do slínkových minerálů metodou elektronové mikroanalýzy. Při takto vedených laboratorních zkouškách již při obsahu 0,7 hm. % P2O5 ve slínku došlo k poklesu obsahu alitu a nárůstu obsahu belitu. Při obsahu 4,5 hm. % P2O5 došlo k úplnému zablokování tvorby alitu a ve slínku bylo v rovnováze volné CaO s belitem. Obsah P2O5 ve struktuře belitu i alitu s jeho rostoucím celkovým obsahem ve slínku výrazně vzrůstá. Přednostně je vázán do struktury belitu a již od celkového obsahu 0,5 hm. % ve slínků je oproti alitu jeho obsah v belitu více než dvojnásobný. (cs)
  • In this work quantitative phase composition of clinkers burnt to equilibrium with different content of P2O5 by optical point counting method and the entry of P2O5 into clinker minerals by electron microprobe analyses was observed. The laboratory tests have shown that already at 0.7 wt. % of P2O5 in the clinker the alite content decreases and belite content increases. The P2O5 content of 4.5 wt. % totally blocked alite formation and the resulting clinker contained free lime in equilibrium with belite. The P2O5 concentrations in belite as well as in alite distinctly increase with its growing overall content in clinker. It preferentially enters the structure of belite and already up to total P2O5 content in clinker of 0.5 % is more than two times higher in belite than in alite.
