Description
  • The raw meal properties with different content of P2O5 were investigated by means of DTA analysis and the temperature of melt formation drifts towards higher values with increasing P2O5 content was measured. The course of clinker formation within the range of 20 seconds till 30 minutes by burning in semiautomatic kiln with manipulator was observed by optic microscopy. The results show that P2O5 distinctly blocks the formation of alite and stabilizes belite. P2O5 effects increase of size of alite crystals and stabilization of M1 modification.

  • Vlastnosti surovinových mouček s odstupňovaným obsahem P2O5 byly sledovány pomocí DTA a byl zjištěn mírný vzrůst teploty vzniku slínkové taveniny s rostoucím obsahem P2O5. Výpalem ve speciální poloautomatické peci s manipulátorem byl sledován vývoj tvorby slínku od 20 s do 30 min optickým mikroskopem. Bylo zjištěno, že P2O5 má výrazně negativní účinek na nukleaci krystalů alitu a vstupem do struktury belitu ho stabilizuje. Působením P2O5 dochází ke tvorbě větších krystalů alitu a ke stabilizaci jeho monoklinické modifikace M1. (cs)
