  • V tomto článku je pozornost věnována hodnocení lomového chování svarového spoje kotlového plechu o tloušťce 80 mm z oceli 15NiCuMoNb5 (WB 36) po úplném tepelném zpracování po svařování, které zahrnuje normalizační žíhání, popouštění a následné simulační žíhání (nezbytné po provedení obvodových svarů kotlového bubnu). Studium lomového chování bylo zaměřeno k posouzení odolnosti v rozmezí teplot 0 až +350 °C,kdy je charakteristickým znakem lomového chování stabilní růst tvárné trhliny. Charakteristickým znakem lomového chování svarového kovu i základního materiálu v oblasti tranzitních teplot je náhlý nestabilní lom. Úroveň lomové houževnatosti Kd0,2 je však ještě při -40 °C pro obě studované lokality vyšší než 200 MPam0,5. Základní materiál je rovněž charakteristický velmi nízkou hodnotou referenční teploty T0 = -105 °C, a to i v porovnání s hodnotami získanými na odpovídajících konstrukčních ocelích, používaných pro výrobu tlakových nádob.   • This article is focused on optimization of fundamental utility properties and technological process of advanced low alloy steel 15NiCuMoNb5 used for power engineering mainly for production of large capacity steam boilers. Consequently problem critical locality in weld after post weld heat treatment is studied. Optimization of welding technology is proposed. Fracture behaviour of welded joint made from boiler plates 80 mm in thickness of 15NiCuMoNb5 type steel after N + T PWHT regime after welding procedure were studied. Stable crack growth measurement and evaluation of fracture toughness of base material as well as weld metal in temperature region from 0 up 350°C were carried out. Unstable cleavage fracture and fracture toughness KJc of both parts of welded joint at test temperatures cover the transition region were evaluated. The reference temperature T0 approach was used for evaluation of temperature dependence of fracture toughness in transition range.
