  • Four continuously cast Al-Mg alloys were cold rolled and annealed by slow heating from room temperature to 500 °C. The influence of solute elements (Mg, Mn, Fe, Si, Cr) on recovery, recrystallization and precipitation was studied by electrical resistivity measurements, light and transmission electron microscopy (TEM) and X-ray analysis. TEM observations proved that deformation recovery occurs during cold rolling and is strongly influenced by the amount of solute atoms, particularly Mg. The most intensive electrical resistivity changes were observed at temperatures above 400 °C. TEM examinations indicated that they correspond to precipitation. Solute atoms, namely Mn, Fe, Si and Cr, significantly hinder recrystallization. Precipitation of non-coherent precipitates occurs upon annealing. The presence of Mn, Fe and Si was detected in the fine precipitates by EDAX X-ray analysis.

  • Čtyři kontinuálně lité slitiny Al-Mg byly válcovány za studena a žíhané s pomalým ohřevem z pokojové teploty na teplotu 500 °C. Pomocí měření elektrické rezistivity, světelné a transmisní elektronové mikroskopie (TEM) a rtg. analýzy byl sledován vliv rozpuštěných prvků (Mg, Mn, Fe, Si, Cr) na zotavení, rekrystalizaci a precipitaci. Pozorování pomocí TEM prokázalo, že během válcování za studena probíhá deformační zotavení, které je silně ovlivněno množstvím rozpuštěných atomů, zejména Mg. Nejvíce intenzivní změny elektrické rezistivity byly pozorovány při teplotách nad 400 °C. TEM ukazuje, že tyto změny odpovídají precipitaci. Rozpuštěné atomy, tj. Mn, Fe, Si a Cr, tvoří významně brání rekrystalizaci. Při žíhání se vyskytuje precipitace nekoherentních precipitátů. Přítomnost Mn, Fe a Si v jemných precipitátech byla zjištěna pomocí EDAX rtg. analýzy. (cs)
