  • Poster presented on conference „9th International Topical Meeting on Industrial Radiation and Radioisotope Measurement Applications“,6.- 11.7.2014, Valencia, Spain. The result is presented in the Book of abstracts, ISBN 978-84-942137-5-5, page 336. The pulse-shape discrimination properties of recently invented plastic scintillator EJ-299-33 and the well-known NE-213 liquid scintillator are compared in monoenergetic neutron fields generated by the Van de Graaff accelerator using the H-3(d, n), He-4 reaction. Pulses from the scintillators are processed by a newly developed digital measuring system employing the fast digitizer card.
