  • Byla použita genealogická analýza při studiu změn genetické diverzity v čase u odrůd ječmene jarního, registrovaných k pěstování v bývalém Československu a v České republice. Odrůdy z různých oblastí se průkazně lišily distribucí příspěvku dominantních předků, přičemž byl prokázán vliv oblastí původu na specificitu originálních předků. Analýza časových řad ukázala, že se diverzita použitých výchozích zdrojů snižovala v průběhu desetiletí. V pedigree nových odrůd rostl počet nových originálních předků a počet krajových a starých odrůd klesal. Jejich podíl poklesl na 2/3 původního počtu. Pokles v genetické diverzitě byl doprovázen genetickou erozí krajové genoplazmy genetického poolu ječmene jarního v bývalém Československu. Koeficient příbuznosti, vypočtený pro všechny odrůdy uvedené v Seznamu registrovaných odrůd, dosáhl hodnoty 0,11. Z výsledků plyne, že genetická dicerzita moderních odrůd ječmene jarního v České republice je na dostatečně vysoké úrovni. (cs)
  • Genealogical analysis was employed in studying the time course of changes in genetic diversity of spring barley cultivars released in former Czechoslovakia and the Czech Republic. Cultivars from different regions proved to significantly differ in distribution of dominant ancestor contributions, suggesting a specificity of original ancestors to different cultivation conditions. Temporal analysis showed that diversity tended to increase through decades. While new original ancestors were introduced in pedigrees, the number of local landraces and old cultivars gradually decreased. The losses accounted for about two-thirds of the local germplasm. Thus, a substantial increase in genetic diversity was accompanied by genetic erosion of the local spring barley gene pool of former Czechoslovakia. The coefficient of parentage averaged over all possible pairs of cultivars introduced in the Czech National List was estimated at 0.11. Genetic diversity of modern spring barley cultivars in CR is at acceptable level.
