Description	Values of O-2 and CO2 magnitudes fluctuated within the range of 0.5-2% O-2 and 0.5-3% CO2, whereas the temperature except the first year (with comparison 1, 2 and 3 degrees C) was hereafter always 1 degrees C. Generally the best results were achieved if both O-2 and CO2 were near 1%. The atmosphere with 1% O-2 and 3% CO2 proved to be the least favourable. The cultivar 'Angold' performed the worst in this atmosphere, although it is considered a cultivar that stores well. Upon the total results from new cultivars 'Meteor' and 'Rucla' were the most remarkable ones for prolonged storing even in higher concentrations of both gases. Fruits of the both cultivars had always remarkable top quality at the termination of their storing.
