Description	The aim of the study is to compare the functional aspects (surface temperature, wetness and vegetation) of four different cadastres in Třeboň region, Czech Republic. The cadastres differ in land use - intensively farmed vs. with a significant representation of forests and wetlands. The assessment is based on the relationship of surface temperature - humidity - the amount of green biomass - the type of land cover. The aim of the study was to compare selected parameters in the cadastres, in relation to the model area, during the growing season, ie in the months of May to September.
