| - The effect of phytohormone composition of nutrient medium on growth and regeneration of shoot tips, in two hop Osvald’s clones differing in sensitivity to indole-3-butyric acid (IBA) was studied. One clone, No. 72, was IBA non-sensitive (IBA-) and the second, No. 31, was IBA sensitive (IBA+). The effect of 6-benzylamino-purine (BAP), gibberellic acid (GA3), indole-3-butyric acid (IBA), and of their combinations was evaluated by shoot growth and callus development during plant regeneration. Key parameter for successful plant regeneration was production of at least two nodes together with limited callus production. The difference in plant regeneration was found between the clones. The shoot growth on media containing IBA was higher in the IBA+ clone in comparison with the IBA- clone. The BAP medium stimulated shoot growth only in the IBA- clone. - Vliv fytohormonového složení kultivačního media na růst a regeneraci vzrostných vrcholů byl sledován u dvou Osvaldových klonů s odlišnou citlivostí k indolyl-3-máselné kyselině (IBA). Jeden klon, č. 72, byl IBA necitlivý (IBA-) a druhý, č. 31) byl IBA citlivý (IBA+). Vliv působení 6-benzylamino-purinu (BAP), kyseliny giberelové (GA3), indolyl-3-máselné kyseliny a jejich vzájemných kombinací byl hodnocen prostřednictvím růstu nadzemních výhodnků a tvorby kalusu. Klíčovým parametrem pro úspěšnou regeneraci rostlin byla tvorba alespoň dvou stonkových nodů spolu s omezenou tvorbou kalusu. Byl zjištěn rozdíl v regeneraci rostlin u sledovaných klonů. Růst nadzemních výhonků na mediu obsahujícím IBA byl vyšší u IBA+ klonu než u IBA- klonu. Přítomnost BAP v mediu byla spojena se silným počátečním růstem nadzemních výhonků, ale obvykle také se silnou tvorbou kalusu. Nejvhodnější složení media pro regeneraci obou geneotypů bylo medium s přítomností všech sledovaných fytohormonů (BAP, GA3, IBA), ale v koncentra (cs)
