  • U sedmiměsíční holčičky, kterou opařila matka při přípravě guláše na 26% povrchu těla, byla po nekrektomii aplikována umělá kůže Integra na 16% TBSA. Nutriční parametry byly sledovány v období 25 dnů, od první nekrektomie a plikace Integry po první autotransplantaci v období, kdy ostatní popálené plochy byly již téměř zhojeny. Průměrný příjem bílkovin a energie byl nižší, než doporučují výpočty pro obdobně popálené děti. (cs)

Nutritional parameters were monitored during the period of 25 days from the 1st necrectomy and application of Integraup to the first autotransplantation – in the period when the other burnt surfaces were almost healed. The average intake of proteins and energy to achieve normal levels of monitored nutritional parameters was lower than that recommended by calculations for similarly burnt children. Our observation is similar to that of King (1).
